Shopska Salad

In Bulgaria there is one stable and that is Shopska salad. Шопска салата

You can always know what is in it, can always get it, and its super easy to make so here you go:

1. Chop up 2 peppers
2. Chop up 2 tomatoes
3. Cut up 1 cucumber
4. Chop up 1/2 to 1 onion (red better)
5. Bulgaria white cheese (sirene) or feta can be used
6. Then put a small amount of sunflower oil or olive oil on top
7. Vinegar can also be added
8. I like to add a small amount of black pepper to mine and salt to add the true Bulgarian to it.

Now mix all up and ENJOY!
